I'm the CEO of Instagraphics, the #1 platform for creatives to achieve success without sacrificing their health or relationships. But most of all, I am a husband and a father to my daughter Sunny, and my 2 sons. 

I went from a hopeless, homeless, and broke high school dropout, to now being married to the woman of my dreams, healthy, and thriving in business. I grew up in Sacramento, California my whole life and always wanted to be a business owner like my grandfather and dad. That was until my dad and I had a falling out which led me to making very poor choices.

In 2006 I met my mentor Lary and he encouraged me to start my business. It was during that period that I developed a relationship with God; everything really started to change for me. I started surrounding myself with Titans like Lary, people who had the success in life and business I wanted.

In 2011 I sold my first company KalPrint and decided to take a year off to help my mom, do some traveling as well as some soul search for what my career would look like next.

I decided that digital marketing and advertising was going to be the vehicle I could use to grow any business, Since I had a gift for branding and design all I needed next was to sharpen my skills in digital marketing strategy. After investing over $25k in marketing courses, coaches, and mentors realized I wanted to build a team of my own.

In 2015 I formed my first Digital Marketing Agency with my brother and we saw some major success almost immediately. What we didn't expect was the volatility that comes with being agency owners and how that would negatively impact our relationship and families, we ultimately decided to go separate ways. It was enough to almost make me walk away from the entire business!

But I just don't give up, I'm stubborn and anyone that knows me, knows that I don't quit on things, my resiliency is what gave me the life I have today and I'm so grateful for that!

Then shortly after that I reconnected with my now wife Whitney; her and I dated when we were just teenagers but we were both not ready because of the dysfunction we had in our lives at that time. It wasn't until a major crisis in my family occurred while her and I had been spending time together where I got a very clear message from God that she was my person all along.  

From that day on I knew that we were meant to be together and so we got married... we were both completely broke but so in love. I knew as a husband that I needed to make WAY more money, and I couldn't work for someone else... so I teamed up with my long time friend Amanda and we started building the 7 figure agency we have today with over 10 people on our team. 

In 2019, I broke $500k in sales for the agency and I finally made 6 figures in personal income for the year... which was life changing! I started investing in more masterminds, events, courses, and mentors that could help get me where we wanted, and guess what? It worked! 

Now I have evolved into creating a movement for creatives. I saw there was a gap in the marketplace and I wanted to fix it with the resources, experience, and skills that I have gained over my 17 year career.

Since starting this movement I've become a speaker, been featured in dozens of publications, became a podcast host and in 2020 received a humanitarian award at Disney World for my work with at risk youth.

I've worked with some of the top businessmen and women and i'm passionate about seeing creatives prosper in health, business and relationships.
I've shared the stage with people like Tom Bilyeu, Jeff Hoffman, Raul Lopez Jr, Jacob Cass, James Dentley, and been interviewed on the top business podcasts.
